Kannappar Kalai Mandram (KKM)
Kannappar Kalai Mandram (KKM) is a social organisation involved in community development activities. Established in the year 1986, KKM strives to provide a social link among its members & their famlies in Chennai.
KKM was instrumental in bringing out “Vettuvar Kural” – a monthly magazine circulated in Tamil Nadu among the community members for more than a decade printed from its own press.
The organisation is also actively involved in organising community events, trips. “Pongal” get-together in which more than 250 members with their families participate is a noteworthy event taking place for the last few years.
Chennai Kannappar Trust
A long felt demand for our own space in Chennai is set to be fulfilled with the initiatives of KKM Members to construct a Community building.
Chennai Kannappar Trust has been formed and registered for this purpose. Members are welcome to provided their contributions for the cause.
